RUNABOUT
Each year the ladies of Femmes Natales choose a recipient to honor at their annual RUNABOUT 5K and Fun Run. This year's recipient is EllaMae Richard.
EllaMae Alyse Richard was born on February 15, 2018 to Kayla and Devin Richard of Thibodaux. After being sent to many NICUs and having multiple tests run, she was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia at St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Memphis. EllaMae must undergo chemotherapy treatments at St. Jude’s, with breaks between each treatment. In the meantime, Kayla and Devin are living in Memphis at St. Jude’s campus hotel, and Devin must return to work in Thibodaux as he can. The family is currently on a wait list for St. Jude housing to be more stable and comfortable. EllaMae is an infant, and she is small but mighty. She is happy and growing, and she tries sit up on her own, and she loves to smile and babble. EllaMae loves meeting new people and is a very sweet baby.

Register to run our 5K or Fun Run on Sunday, September 30, 2018. Runners who sign up before DATE will receive a dri-fit t-shirt. You must be present by the start of the race to claim your shirt or it shall be forfeited.
